Carrot fry
Ingredients:
- Carrot : 5
- Onion : 1
- Chillies : 6 to 7
- Garlic : 1/2 inch
- Salt : to taste
- Mustered : 1/2 tbsp
- Jeera : 1/2 tbsp
- Black gram : 1/2 tbsp
- Coriander powder : 1/2 tbsp
Procedure:
- Grate the carrot and ginger finely.
- Put thalimpu with mustered,jeera and black gram.
- Fry chopped onions and green chillies. Now add grated carrot and coriander powder, fry it on low flame.
- If needed, add some water to let the carrot boil.
- Once carrot is boiled well garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it.
